Large Parts with Complex Design
Making large parts in a single sequence of operations using the very latest deep drawing technology – that requires specialist know how and powerful machines. As an innovative manufacturer of precision stamped and deep drawn products, we have a stock of high-performance machinery at our disposal including high-capacity presses providing a pressing force of up to 2,000 kN. Sheet thicknesses of up to 3 mm can thus be processed and drawing heights of up to 90 mm can be attained, according to the material.

Moreover, the reserves of force offered by these machines permit maximum precision and the attainment of extremely fine tolerances. At the same time, the multi-step process offers plenty of leeway for modifications and part design. Finally, our in house tool technology enables us to integrate additional operations, such as forming threads, beads and grooves, into the deep drawing process if necessary. The integration of such second operations creates further design possibilities and, above all, considerable potential for reducing costs. Additional operations can be avoided, or more cost-intensive processes such as turning, casting or extrusion can simply be substituted. Lastly, deep drawing technology offers yet another benefit: the material consumption is extremely low.
