Quality begins with thought. We constantly work on the quality of our products, processes and services with this in mind. Our main focus is our zero-error philosophy and meeting deadlines and filling quantities 100%. Each employee, department and, in particular, the management are responsible for achieving our quality goals.

International standards
Orientating quality management to internationally recognised standards is a matter of course for us. Our company is ISO TS 16949 and DIN EN ISO 14001 certified and therefore has a certified Quality Management and Environmental Management System.
Queries on the environmental management system and on environmental policy are dealt with by the company's Environmental Management Representative.

New methods
Quality management methods have changed dramatically. Today they stress error prevention and advanced product quality planning.
Close dialogue with the client is therefore necessary at the beginning of a development task. All demands on the part, crucial features, purpose, materials and tolerances are discussed extensively and scrutinized. Thinking ahead pays off. In addition to low unit costs, deadlines are met and processes produce the desired result.

Fully integrated process
Our general CAQ system and testing labs, which are optimized for the particular application, support the preventive measures that accompany the manufacturing process.
Machine operators conduct tests themselves when possible during the manufacturing process. They are familiar with particular features, the field of application and risks and therefore can fully "identify with" their products.

External tests
If client specifications for quality cannot be fully met by measures integrated into the process, we provide customized solutions to test specific features 100% in a separate process.
