We are specialists in deep drawing and have a flexible, economical process for manufacturing components with different shapes and forms. The use of few materials and high output ensures affordable products.

Process
The several-step process transforms sheets step by step into hollow shells by stretching them and forming them over a punch.
The diameter of the shell is continuously reduced, and the thickness of the sheet remains unchanged as it is drawn, unless a change in thickness is intended.
Integrating additional operations into the process allows complex shapes, openings and perforations to be created easily. We are nevertheless still able to achieve high production speeds, which when combined with the advantages of a fully integrated process, lead to high efficiency.

It all begins with the blank
Each manufacturing process begins with a blank, a flat disk which is chosen according to the shape of the product it is to become. Unlike other manufacturing processes, deep drawing produces such low levels of waste because so little material is required, thus providing significant potential for rationalization. The same is also true when deep drawing replaces other processes such as spinning, die casting, etc.

Emphasizing innovation
Continuously developing the process has allowed us to be able to integrate additional operations (such as threaded parts), leading to technological advantages and above-average cost reduction potential for large quantities.
We are constantly working to develop additional innovative solutions for our process, thus increasing the benefits for our clients' products.
